Friends that Toxic Injury has harmed or taken away from us!
Brax
FFA Grand Champion stud llama
Succumbed to Toxic Induced Wasting Disease, as the result of pesticide poisoning. He died 1/29/07 from respiratory distress resulting in strangulation and heart attack.
He was only 7, he should have lived another 6 good years.
Sunny
Grand champion 4-H llama.
He loved people, children and was an excellent herd guardian. He died 04/07/08. Finally succumbing to Chlorothalonil poisoning from adjacent rental farmers that we protest vehemently for 4 years.
Sunny and Brax were where the same age.
Rambo
He was poisoned by Chlorothalonil in 05, 06 and died 12/18/06 from complications of Toxic induced laminitis, severe arthritis, numerous tumors and system failure.
He would have been the equivalent of 47 in human years.
Jane Baa-ond
She died from system failure due to Chlorothalonil application in an adjacent field.
Roobear
Poisoned by a pedophile that lived around the corner from my son.
The pedophile fed him polypropylene glycol, so he wouldnt bark and give the perp away.
Roo gave up his life on 07/2/06.
Teaspoon
Survived 3 mammarian cancer surgeries and finally succumbed. It was a type of cancer commonly seen in bird dogs, who typically run through fallow fields while hunting.
We didnt think about pesticide residues back then.
BG, the German Shorthaired Pointer has a golf ball size tumor on is hip
BG the german shorthaired pointer, died tragically from Atrazine poisoning spring of 2010.
(I lost 2 more ewes during this same event.)
Shanna the red sable Pom has had one tumor removed from her bladder.
Sonia the blonde Pom has had one tumor removed from her stomach.
Sonia also has another tumor under her chin

succumbed to injuries from repetative 2,4-D,
retallitory spraying by bigoted neighbors, and passed
away during the night on 10-23-08.
This sweet, loving friend was murdered because they
wanted to teach me a lesson for daring to ask for the
accommodation of "cooperative notification."
How many more innocent lives (human and our animal friends)
will be lost before we recognize that that kind of inhumane
action against the Toxically Injured is a "Hate Crime?" It is
the basest of bigotry and even though it takes time for the
damage to result in death, it's still murder.
"Evil Prevails when good men do nothing!" Edmund Burke.
Until we all raise our voices in protest, this kind of bigotry,
hatred and murder will continue . . . What will you do?

A National Cancer Institute study reports
a positive association with 2, 4-D and pet dogs chances of getting cancer.
A Purdue University study, using Scottish terriers found that they were 4-7 times more likely to develop bladder cancer if they had been exposed to lawn chemicals.
While we dont use 2, 4-D or lawn chemicals, the drift from our neighbors use of pesticide has been enough to cause all of the injuries and deaths.
Why is it so hard to conceive of biocide drift (VOC, which are inherently capable of remaining in the air) when we all readily recognize long range, adverse effects of smoke and particulate, which are denser and do not by their nature remain airborne for as long as VOCs.
Oregon Dept. or Environmental Quality issued a air quality warning for southern Oregon, on 06/30/08, Stating that the smoke from California fires had traveled more than 600 miles and was expected to proceed to the northern part of the Willamette Valley by the end of the week.
